I admit I was wrong (sorry).

April 23, 20241 min read

I admit I was wrong.

I was wrong to waste thousands of dollars on programs without taking action.

I was wrong not to ask for help despite being stuck and overwhelmed for a long time.

I was wrong to think I could have handled it all by myself when I obviously could not.

I was wrong to sacrifice my happiness and fulfillment for “stability” sake.

I was wrong not to prioritize my needs just to meet the expectations of others.

I was wrong for all my mistakes, failures, and bad decisions I have ever made in life.

However…

I forgive myself because I did not quit and give up on myself.

I forgive myself because I know I am simply doing my best as a human.

I forgive myself because I only want to provide my family and loved ones a better life.

I forgive myself because my successes or failures do not define my self-worth.

I forgive myself because I learned to improve one step at a time from every mistake I made.

I forgive myself just because I decided to.

And so, moving forward…

I choose myself first.

I choose to reach out whenever I need help.

I choose to be kind to myself.

I choose to focus on being happy and fulfilled.

I choose to keep to my commitments to myself and others.

And yes…

I choose to have Faith and Keep Taking Action.

You got this.
